What We’re Actually Hiring For Right Now
These four roles are open and actively hiring. We accept applications for all our positions year-round — the right person is worth more than perfect timing — but these are where we need bodies on the ground today:
- Automotive Lift Installation & Service Technician — Iowa — Mechanically-minded, on the road, paid on production. $22–32/hr DOE. Full-time or part-time.
- Automotive Lift Installation & Service Technician — Lakeland, FL — Same role, Florida base. We’re expanding south and need someone who wants to be the go-to installer for the region.
- Dream 100 / Relationship Sales — Warm outbound to dealer groups, tire chains, collision networks. Part-time or full-time, base + uncapped commission. Great fit for a personable, semi-retired people-person.
- Electrician / Electrical Install Support — Auto lifts run on real 3-phase power. If you’ve wired industrial equipment, you can install our lifts. Full-time or part-time, $18–45/hr DOE.

- Figures anything out. If you’ve ever taken something apart on your kitchen table to see how it works, we probably want to talk to you.
- Hates being micromanaged. We tell you the outcome we need and get out of your way. If that terrifies you, we’re not the right shop.
- Wants the work to matter. We’re not shuffling paper. When a fleet’s down or a shop can’t lift a truck, our people are the reason they’re back in service by Monday.
