A 14K asks for more head room, more concrete, and more money, and it will not lift a Camry any better than a 10K.

Ceiling clearance and rise height

Before you shop for a 2 post car lift, pull a tape measure to your finished ceiling. Standard overhead machines want 12 feet minimum, and 13-14 feet if you plan to lift tall vans with the roof still under the crossbar. Concrete, power, and install requirements

Anchor concrete for a 10K 2 post car lift wants 4 inches minimum of 3,000 PSI reinforced. Six inches is the honest number for commercial installs. Older garage floors get cored, tested, and if they fail we cut and re-pour a proper anchor pad. Electrically, 10K and 14K units run 220V single-phase, 25-30 amp breaker, standard panel.
