The car below needs to open driver and passenger doors without hitting the lift columns, and the car above needs to open at platform height so you can get in and out to move it. Column spacing on a 4-post is usually generous, but a wide four-door pickup on a narrower storage 4-post is a tight squeeze. Measure both cars, both open doors, before you order the lift.
