In residential neighborhoods it’s rare, and getting three-phase run to a home is expensive, often several thousand dollars depending on distance from the nearest three-phase pole. Beyond 50 feet, step up to 8-gauge. Beyond 100 feet, 6-gauge. These are simple numbers, but they’re the ones that catch customers off guard.
