Build-out sequencing: slab first, always

Rough in the power and air before the paint booth arrives
Body shops are utility-heavy: compressed air for painters and impact tools, three-phase power for welders and MIG stations, single-phase 220 for the lift and the parts washers, and 110 for lights and small tools. The sequencing rule is: rough in everything before the paint booth is delivered. Once the booth is on the floor, cutting new conduit or air lines under it is not practical.
