The key is not assuming every bay in a multi-bay department needs identical equipment. Ongoing Maintenance for High-Cycle Oil Bays

Fast-lane bays put more daily cycles on a lift than almost any other application in a dealership, which means the cables, hydraulic lines, and locking mechanisms wear faster than they would in a general repair bay doing five or six lifts a day.
