We tell every fleet customer the same thing before they place an order: confirm your unloading equipment before the truck shows up. A loading dock with a pallet jack handles this fine. Without a dock, you need either a forklift or a lift-gate delivery, and lift-gate service typically has to be requested and paid for as an add-on when the freight is booked — it’s not automatic.
