Why the Site Survey Comes Before the Purchase

A family garage that’s been doing oil pan gasket work and general maintenance for three generations usually has a building that’s evolved piecemeal — an addition here, a new concrete pour there, sidewalls that got raised at some point but maybe not evenly.
