A lift is only as safe as the concrete and hardware holding it down. Every manufacturer we work with, whether it is Rotary or Challenger, ships a specific anchor bolt spec for a reason: the base plates take enormous side-loading forces every time a vehicle drives on or off, and every time the arms swing under a load.
