That’s a classic symptom that points away from an obvious hydraulic leak and toward something in the pump, valve, or cylinder seals not doing its job internally. We sent someone out to diagnose it rather than guessing over the phone, because a motor running with no lift response can have several different causes and guessing wrong means ordering the wrong part and losing another week.
