Month One: Learning the Arm Pad Points on a Fleet of Tow Rigs

The math on that single repair — one Saturday, one customer, no rescheduling — showed up in the annual books. Multiply it across brake jobs, exhaust replacements, transmission cooler installs, and every other job that goes faster on a lift, and the machine paid for itself inside the first twelve months.
