For a shop that does one to five alignments a week among a broader work mix, this configuration keeps the bay flexible and the equipment budget lower.

The trade-off is that alignment on this configuration is not one motion, it is a two-step process, and the ground-level turntables clutter the bay when they are set up. Your tech will spend an extra ten minutes per alignment job compared to a dedicated alignment lift. Over five alignments a week that is under an hour a week of extra labor, small if your alignment volume is low, meaningful if it is growing.
