We get calls every month from independent shops asking us to source cables, sheaves, or cylinders for a lift that’s already wobbling in its bolts, and nine times out of ten the real problem started with the concrete, not the hardware. The older section of this shop’s building had a 4-inch slab poured decades ago with no rebar that anyone could confirm, just wire mesh near the surface.
