- Capacity: 15,000 lbs (hydraulic pressure at capacity: 2190 psi)
- Concrete requirement: 4″ minimum depth with steel reinforcement, 3500 psi, cured 28 days; floor level within 1/2″ side-to-side and 2 1/2″ front-to-rear; no anchor within 8″ of a crack, edge, or expansion joint
- Anchoring: 3/4″ carbide bit, 5″ minimum hole depth; shim no more than 1/2″ at any point; torque to 150 ft-lbs at install, 80 ft-lbs on monthly checks
- Air supply: 90-120 psi clean, dry, lubricated air through an FRL within 30 ft of the lift; regulator set to 100 psi
- Hydraulic oil: 3 gallons of clean 10wt anti-foam, anti-rust hydraulic oil or Dexron III ATF — no detergent oils
Install notes from the manual
Position the runways so the jack-rail spacing matches front and rear and the diagonals agree within 1/4″ — that is your last chance to reposition before anchoring. When plumbing the columns the level bubble must be centered between the lines, not just touching them, and after final shimming you add one shim to the two inside anchors to lean each front column slightly outward. Thread each lock-cable nut all the way down its stud to maximize rise, then synchronize the four locks by finding the lowest corner (last latch to click) and adjusting the other three. Fill the FRL lubricator to the max line and set it to 2-3 drips per minute. The cylinder is self-bleeding: raise and lower several times, top off the reservoir, then pressure-test by running the motor 10 seconds past full rise and checking for leaks. Monthly, grease the open-front slide tracks — but never lubricate the crossbeam roller surface, which needs traction.
