The vehicle has to sit dead level, the turn plates and slip plates need clearance, and the runways need to be free of the kind of wear that throws off camber and toe readings. Before we quote forward lift parts or a full replacement, we walk the bay: floor thickness, rebar depth if we can get a reading, ceiling height, door clearance, and the location of the alignment rack’s turn plate recesses relative to where the lift arms will land.
