The bar is only about 4 inches tall on most baseplate models, so 90% of vehicles clear fine, but if you are running a splitter or a stock C4 Corvette with air-dam trim, plan for it. Overhead has no floor bar; you drive straight in and out with no obstruction. Choose overhead if you can fit the ceiling. Choose baseplate if you cannot. Checklist Item Three: Real Capacity vs. Marketing Capacity
