The First Service Call: Sooner Than Expected

About ten months in, the collector called about an air leak in the bead breaker cylinder — not a huge issue, but enough to slow the machine down and worth addressing before it got worse. This is common with any rotary tire machine that sees infrequent but demanding use; seals can act differently under a stop-and-start duty cycle than they would in a shop running the machine daily. We diagnosed it over a quick visit, replaced the affected seal, and had the machine back to full function within the same appointment.
