The install and the first year

The install went into a new-construction Illinois pole building with a five-inch slab, twelve-foot walls, and a 208V single-phase feed. The rod seal on his cylinder had a small nick from a piece of installation debris that had circulated in the fluid over 400 or so cycles. Not a manufacturing defect and not covered under his 1-year cylinder warranty at month fifteen, but a common enough failure mode that we did not charge him for the trip because the diagnosis was fast and the parts were in stock.
