Step One: What’s Your Real Budget, Not Your Wish List Budget

Every decision tree for semi truck lifts starts with money, and we mean real money — installed cost, not just the sticker price on the lift itself. A single heavy-duty 2-post rated for medium-duty trucks and vans typically runs in a different tier than a true semi-rated mobile column set or an in-ground system built for tractor-trailers. Step Four: Electrical and Phase Requirements Nobody Budgets For

Larger multi-column sets built for full semi weight almost always want three-phase for the motor draw, especially if you’re running four or more columns synchronized together. Step Five: Bay Height, Ceiling Clearance, and Floor Condition
