Drip trays are cheap insurance if the vehicle on top leaks anything at all. Aluminum trays slide between the runways under the drivetrain and catch drips before they land on the car below. Caster kits are another common add-on, because a set of four wheels bolts to the column bases so you can move the lift to a different bay when it is empty.
