If you plan to store a dually or a long-bed truck, look at extended-length runways that add 8-14 inches, and confirm the tire spacing matches what you drive most often.

A modern half-ton pickup is 5,200-5,800 lb; a three-quarter-ton is 7,000-8,300 lb. If your stored vehicle is a truck, buy a 9,000 lb 4-post minimum, and step up to a 10,000-14,000 lb model if you also want to work on the vehicle underneath rather than only walk past it. Do not run right up to the capacity limit and call it safe. The runways flex more, the cables work harder, and the caster kit becomes marginal.
