A ball valve is a shut-off mechanism used to control the flow of liquids or gases through a rotary ball with a bore. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it either opens or closes the valve, allowing or stopping the flow of the medium. Ball valves are known for their durability and reliable sealing, even when left unused for extended periods. They also offer superior resistance to contaminated media compared to other valve types.

PVC Ball Valve  

PVC, or polyvinyl chloride, is commonly used in irrigation, water supply, drainage, and applications with corrosive media, largely due to its cost-effectiveness (except for ISO-top valves). PVC offers resistance to most salt solutions, acids, bases, and organic solvents. However, it is unsuitable for temperatures exceeding 60°C and cannot withstand aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons. Seals and O-rings

These valves, often made of steel or stainless steel, are designed to withstand pressures above 500 bar and temperatures up to 80°C, with seats made of polyoxymethylene (POM) for better pressure performance.
